How to arrive to Vive Copalitilla?
You can come by car, with public transport or taxi. We suggest to arrive with light during the day to Vive Copalitilla, since a part of the road is tarracería and without public lighting. From the airport, the journey will take approximately 1 hour and 20minutes.
How can I get there with public transport?
The transport service is external to us, we only suggest, for example, traveling by passenger van. They leave from the suburban bus station located behind the Soriana store.

These vans arrive at the municipality of San Miguel del Puerto for a cost of$50.00pesos per person and once you are in the municipality of San Miguel del Puerto, that same van or a motorcycle taxi can bring you to the Vive Copalitilla Ecological Reserve, in the Magical Waterfalls of Copalitilla, for an approximate cost of $200.00 pesos.

How can I get there with a cab?
The airport taxi has an approximate cost of $1,500.00 mxn and the external taxi from the airport approximately $800.00 to $1,000.00 mxn.

How can I return with public transport?
Be sure to ask for the contact and return with the same service with which you arrived.
Is there any charge to enter to the waterfalls?
Yes, $100.00 mxn per person and are paid upon check-in at the Vive Copalitilla Ecological Reserve.
To what distance are the waterfalls from the cabins?
We have onePrime location,the river runs right below our cabins.
Just 10 minutes walking, on your right hand side; is the Bridal Veil Waterfall. And 10 minutes to your left, are the Magical Waterfalls of Copalitilla, as you can see, we are right in the middle!!!
To what distance are we from the center of San Miguel del Puerto?
5km from the center of San Miguel del Puerto. By car/taxi it will take approx. 20 minutes.
Is possible to cook in the bungalow/ cabin?
This service is only enabled for the Cascade Suite

Is there any fridge to save groceries?
Yes, there is a refrigerator with limited space, for an additional cost.
We do not have food service
There is a restaurant about 500 meters aways from here and another one at about 15 minutes away by car.
Is the place also good for children?
Yes, at your own risk, you can enjoy the wonderful nature around you.
It is advisable to be accompanied by the presence and supervision of an adult, since care is required, both for adults and children; essentially close to the water, due to possible slippery stones, and the presence of poisonous animals
Is there Hot water available for the shower?
We do have hot water, however when making your reservation you should consider or keep in mind that you will be staying in an ecological reserve in the middle of the mountains and therefore we do not have urbanization services. Our service system is exposed to breakdowns and unforeseen events; however, we maintain continuous efforts to make your stay a wonderful dream.

We do not have air conditioning.
How many people do they fit per cabin?
Each cabin has a double bed for two people and a single sofa.
We have rollaway beds, subject to availability.
Check with us in advance for your convenience. Limited quota per cabin is (4px).
The Cascada Cabin has capacity with two double beds (4 px) there is an extra rollaway bed service, for an additional cost ($250.00 MXN)
Do you accept pets?
Yes, with an additional charge of $80.00 mxn
Is there internet/wifi?
What are the taxes for?
Taxes are to cover the fee charged for online transfers.
