- The Vive Copalitilla Ecological Reserve reserves the right of admission.

- All guests must register upon arrival at the facilities, presenting their identity document or, in the case of foreign guests, their passport and immigration card.

- Access to the rooms is not allowed to visitors not registered at the reception.

- If there is an extra person in the room, the value of the occupancy will be charged to the client's account.

- The CHECK IN time is from 3:00 p.m. and CHECK OUT is until 12:00 noon. After the check out time and until 15:00 hrs. 50% of the total price per night of the current room rate will be charged. In case of exceeding the Check out time of 15:00 hrs. 100% of the current room rate will be charged.

- If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the reception 24 hours in advance.

- Vive Copalitilla Ecological Reserve is NOT responsible for personal losses caused in the rooms, stolen, forgotten and / or lost objects.

- If you have any valuables (jewelry, money, personal computers, passports, tickets, etc.) please use our security locker service.

- If we find forgotten objects, they will be kept for 30 days, in the case of not receiving any claim, it will be considered that their return is not necessary.

- It is not allowed to enter the facilities with firearms, flammable and explosive substances, narcotics or similar substances.

- No smoking in the rooms with the exception of outdoor areas.

- It is forbidden to play musical instruments, radios or televisions at high volume or loud parties.

- Because we do not have enough electrical current to support the use of household appliances, the use in the rooms of: coffee makers, bottle kettles, dryers, irons, electric shaver, electric toothbrush and/or any another item that could damage our electrical installation. If due to the negligence of the guest, damage is suffered to our installation, all the relevant expenses will be charged.

- Due to environmental policies, the towels will be changed every third day unless the guest leaves them on the floor, in which case a new one will be delivered. We invite you to become aware of our natural environment of ecological reserve.

- Because we are an ecological reserve, the roads and facilities are always exposed and affected by climate changes beyond our control, so we are NOT responsible before, during, or after your stay for: personal accidents, drowning in the river, slips, falls, animal bites, diseases, theft, loss, terrorist acts, wars or any other inclement weather or beyond our control.

- Any improper behavior such as the use of drugs or any other unsuitable behavior in our VIVE COPALITILLA ECOLOGICAL RESERVE and that annoys other guests, will be reported to the authorities and will be grounds for eviction, as the payment for your stay will not be refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

- Refunds do not apply for early departures (they are considered as cancellation).

- We are not responsible for unfavorable weather on the days of your stay.

- In case of having to close our hotel on the dates of your reservation, due to Hurricanes, Tropical Storms or any other disagreement, you are invited to make a request to change the dates in your reservation since we do not have refund policies .

- If you cancel your reservation with less than 24 hrs. in advance or if you do not show up (no show); If you have sent a deposit, it will remain as a guarantee and therefore there will be no refund or change of date.

- Any inappropriate behavior such as the use of drugs or any other behavior that is not suitable in our VIVE COPALITILLA ECOLOGICAL RESERVE and that bothers other guests, will be reported to the authorities and will be grounds for eviction, as the payment for your stay will not be refundable.
